Seismic Strengthening of Roof Diaphragm in Historic Building
In 2007, FRP Construction installed QuakeWrap strengthening system to repair the roof slabs of a historic building, the Los Angeles County Museum of Natural History, for seismic upgrade & retrofit. Not only did the repair support the in-plane seismic forces, but the installation also did not alter the existing historic features of the building.
