Punching Shear Reinforcement with FRP
Located in Silver Spring, Maryland, the Georgian Towers began the new construction of a pool and bath house that ultimately increased the load experienced by the building slab, causing deficiency in bending capacity and shear capacity. FRP Construction repaired the structural integrity of 7000 square feet of the concrete slab as well as twelve concrete columns.
